       L’hypocras, surtout estimé au moyen-àge, se servait dans les grands festins, et l’on regardait alors comme une merveille d’avoir réuni la force du vin à la douceur du miel et au parfum des épices.                 

       Aujourd’hui, l’hypocras se consomme très frais soit en vin d’apéritif , soit en vin de dessert.

        Vin moyenâgeux , stimulant et digestif de premier ordre , sans aucune addition d’alcool , préparé d’après la recette du Seigneur de ces lieux.

    Fabrication :

     

     

               - 1 bouteille de vin

                - 100 g de sucre

                   - 30 g de cannelle en bâton                   

                        - 60 g de racines de gingembre

                           - 10 clous de girofle

                               - 10 gousses de cardamome
